We offer multiple shipping options for Malaysia deliveries, including Ninjavan, J&T Express, Poslaju, and DHL. For Singapore (SG) deliveries, we currently use Teleport.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Singapore: 7 to 14 business days.
Malaysia: 3 to 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Products purchased directly from our website are eligible for return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product, if:
  • The incorrect item was sent.
  • The product is defective.
The refund will be made automatically to the buyer’s credit/debit card, eWallet, or original method of payment within 14 working days.
